One of our basic interventions is the acronym FAST. Fear+Anxiety+Stress=Tension. Any upper body tension is the result of these other factors, so there's no point in telling someone to relax, because these factors will still be in play.

Best to try and identify these fear factors and work out ways of reducing them. Top tip is that poor use of vision is at the root of all riding problems.

We have been exhibiting all this week at the big British motorcycle show at the NEC in Birmingham. Thanks to stand space provided by our sponsor AJP http://ajpmotors.com/en/ we have seen hundreds of riders that are keen to get started in Moto Gymkhana. We were lucky to be featured on the Motorcycle Show on TV a couple of weeks ago and a lot of people saw it and then came to see us to learn more.

Maybe we will soon be able to come over to the US and do some shows there.

Not sure how many of you have got a Facebook account, but if you have one it will be worth checking out a video that has just been posted up onto our page.

It's taken from a recent TV programme that went out in the UK and it's all about Moto Gymkhana.

During the last competition of the 2012 season a film crew came down from one of the major TV channels for their Motorbike Show.

This is the result.
